DAY 1
Istanbul – New York
Meeting in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal 3 hours before departure. After baggage and ticket procedures, we depart for New York on Turkish Airlines flight TK 3 at 07:55. Upon arrival in New York at 10:55 local time, we proceed to our hotel with the vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Since our hotel check-in time is 15:00, you may rest in the lobby or join our optional New York City Tour (80 USD). During this city tour of "The City That Never Sleeps," major sights include Central Park, Times Square, the New York Public Library, Bryant Park, Grand Central Terminal, Empire State Building (exterior view), and Rockefeller Center. After the tour, we transfer back to the hotel and have free time. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 2
New York
Free day all day. Guests who wish can join our optional tour: The Magnificent Pearls of New York (Statue of Liberty & Empire State & Brooklyn Bridge). (200 USD) Our first stop on this tour is the Statue of Liberty. We board a boat to reach Liberty Island where the statue stands. Upon arrival, our tour begins. As one of the symbols of New York City, the Statue of Liberty is a powerful symbol conveying America's values of freedom and independence to its visitors. Designed by Frederic Auguste Bartholdi and built on a metal framework created by Gustave Eiffel, this monument was gifted to America by France in 1886. After viewing this magnificent structure, our second stop is another American icon: the Empire State Building. One of the most famous and recognizable buildings in New York, it is also an iconic part of the city's skyline. We will ascend to the 86th floor of the building to observe New York from above. After the tour, our final stop is the Brooklyn Bridge. We will walk across this bridge, completed in 1883, take photos, and then transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 3
New York – Orlando
In the morning, we complete our check-out procedures from the hotel and head to the airport. We fly to Orlando on a scheduled domestic flight. Upon arrival, we proceed to our hotel with the vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Since our hotel check-in time is 15:00, you may rest in the lobby or join our optional Orlando City Tour (80 USD). Sights on this tour include the famous Church Street, Kia Center (home arena of the Orlando Magic basketball team), Eola Lake, and The Mall at Millenia. After a shopping break at The Mall at Millenia, we transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 4
Orlando
Free day all day. Guests who wish can join our optional tour: The Magnificent Universal Studios (225 USD). You will see the studios where movies produced by Universal Studios are brought to life, encounter various film characters, and feel as if you are right in the middle of movie scenes. After the tour, we transfer back to the hotel. In the evening, guests who wish can join our optional tour: The Magnificent Disney Springs Night Tour (50 USD). On this tour, you will find opportunities to shop affordably at the shopping mall we visit, and afterwards enjoy the evening at bars and restaurants within Disney Downtown. This is an ideal tour for those interested in Orlando's nightlife and looking to have fun. After the tour, we transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 5
Orlando – Miami
In the morning, we complete our check-out procedures from the hotel and set off towards Miami. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel. Since our hotel check-in time is 15:00, you may rest in the lobby or join our optional Miami City Tour (80 USD). Sights on this tour include Miami Beach, Versace Mansion, Lincoln Road, Little Havana (home to Cuban immigrants), and the Wynwood District, once a dilapidated area of the city now transformed into a massive art project featuring renowned street artists from around the world. After the tour, we transfer back to the hotel and have free time. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 6
Miami
Free day all day. Guests who wish can join our optional tour: The Magnificent Key West Tour (150 USD). During our journey along the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico, we will pass through numerous islands of varying sizes known as the Florida Keys and have the chance to photograph the stunning color of the ocean while crossing the bridges connecting them. Upon arrival in Key West, our tour includes Southernmost Point, the home of the famous writer Ernest Hemingway, the winter residence of former President Harry S. Truman, and Duval Street, which features many bars and restaurants over the Key West Marina. In the evening, we head to Isla Morada to watch the sunset. After enjoying the sunset accompanied by live music, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 7 Miami
Free day all day. Guests who wish can join our optional tour: The Magnificent Star Island & Gator Park Tour. (150 USD) Our first stop on this tour is Star Island. You will have the opportunity to see up close the homes of some of the most famous figures in cinema and music, including Gloria Estefan, Julio Iglesias, Madonna, Frank Sinatra, and many others. After the tour, our second stop is Gator Park. We will travel through the marshes on boats known as Air Boats and observe alligators hunting or basking in the sun. After the Air Boat tour, we will have the chance to see alligators up close and learn more about them. At the end of the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 8
Miami - Istanbul
After completing our check-out procedures at the hotel in the morning, we head to the airport at the time specified by our guide. After baggage and ticket procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK78 at 22:30.
DAY 9 Miami - Istanbul
Arrival in Istanbul at 17:05 local time the following day, concluding our tour.
GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL TOURS:
**Extra tours take place with a minimum of 20 participants. If participation is below 20 people, tour prices may change. In case of insufficient participants, any price differences will be communicated by our guide before the tour once the numbers are confirmed.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of city tours and/or extra tours based on the tour content, number of participants, and whether museums or historical sites are closed. This also applies in case of changes to flight schedules.
**Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and historical sites; they are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: double bed + extra bed), the third bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are allocated subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation will be made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discounts apply only when staying in the same room as two adults.
**Hotel check-in time is generally 14:00 (in some countries 15:00), and check-out time is 10:00 (in some countries 09:00).
**Group reservations are made with hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from individual breakfasts. Breakfasts served at hotels in the visited countries are not Turkish-style breakfasts. Group breakfasts are usually continental breakfasts served in a separate hall. Continental breakfast typically consists of tea or coffee, jam, and croissants, with variations depending on the country.
**Guests who are not included in the tour via airfare and do not use the same flights as the group may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers and may also be unable to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, their transportation to the group hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be reported to Sabahtour in advance.
**For most flights departing from Turkey, checked baggage allowance is 20 kg. This weight limit may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights within the destination country, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may be reduced to 15 kg. Rules regarding excess baggage weight/fees are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Sabahtour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any cancellation or change fees resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
**Sabahtour acts as an intermediary between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee visa approval. If the consulate does not issue a visa or rejects it, Sabahtour is not responsible.
**Visa conditions listed in our programs are based on Turkish Republic passports. Guests holding passports from other countries should check their visa requirements with the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months' validity on their passports may be denied entry by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phone abroad, it is recommended that you check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your phone is enabled for international use.
**During special and busy periods such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels located far from the city center may be used.
**Some of our programs are offered with multiple alternative hotels. For programs with more than one hotel option, the guide and transfer vehicle may be the same.
**In our promotional tours, the location of our hotels and the content of services provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please carefully read the sales contract for the tour you have purchased.
**Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles can perform the upgrade after the tickets are issued, subject to the availability of the airline (please check which airline you are a member of). Check if the group tickets for the program are in a class eligible for upgrades. No mileage guarantee is provided for any flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are those announced by the airlines. For tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Sabahtour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Sabahtour cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, airport or airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, road works, and road conditions.
**On some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to additional charges.
