- Cancellations More Than 2 Months: For cancellations made more than 2 months before the service start date, the full 100% of the total fee will be refunded with no deductions.

- Airline tickets are subject to the policies of the airline companies and cannot be canceled or refunded by Sabah Voyage. It is important to check the cancellation and refund policies of the airline before purchasing tickets.
